Quote from The Very End :Well, I agree that we must not ignore the threat he and other makes, but for now the best we can do about him is to ignore him. By that I mean the media and the avarage Joe, the police should of course ask him out and learn as much as they can so they maybe can prevent new attacks.

But getting captured was the goal of this man, he want to fight his cause from where he is now, he somewhat look on himself like a matyr, a saviors, I don't want to give him the attention and satisfaction.

Well said Sir.

Quote from CSF :AroX is on holiday just now, so I don't think he'd have time to do that shit himself.

..though he does have time to keep viewing this thread and not replying to it

In the last hour since Cargame posted AroX has logged in and viewed this thread thee times and chosen not to respond to it. seems a little odd don't you think, considering the accusations.

Quote from Willem-racer :I personally don't believe arox would do this to himself.

I hope not. Anyone who would do that sort of thing under these circumstances has some very serious mental issues.

Quote from DeadWolfBones :This was my thought as well...

Oh, interesting. I don't know anything about arox. Is this the sort of thing he'd do?

Obviously I wont say anything until we know the facts, but if he did do this himself then I can't think of anything more sick.

Quote from tinvek :so vettel's leading the championship because he's a great driver but the cars the reason he can't pass? equally valid to say that alonso and hamilton are great drivers because they can pass but they're behind in the championship because their cars are poor,

difference is whilst hamilton and (especially) alonso find overtaking easier than their team mates mark webber manages to pass in an identical car to vettel so according to your argument red bull must be giving webber a better car. guess that means vettel's red bulls number 2 driver.

I decided I couldn't wait another year for the next season of the TV series.

You really are have a "full of shit" day today. Even by your own low standards today is proving exceptional.

Quote from Bean0 :It was never claimed to be endurance racing.

How silly of me to think they were making endurance racing cars and telling me in their marketing bullshit that we are getting endurance racing, that we might be getting an endurance racing series.

Of course we cant have proper endurance until we get driver swaps, (but hey, we'll have a live chat function while we are waiting for driver swaps)
but they have no excuse not to make the series races at least long enough for fuel and tyre strategy to play a part.

They are already catering to the sprint race crowd with the fixed setup wreckfests, sorry, races. Why the open setup has to be sprint races as well makes no sense whatsoever.

I'm proper pissed off at the way we're getting shafted with the so called "endurance racing"

Instead of any endurance racing we get two sprint race series. What a load of bollocks.

Quote from Mackie The Staggie :Isn't that Equilibrium 7/10 a stylish movie in which everyone feels the same and culture, feeling and behaving with passion is outlawed.

(back on topic bitches)

Nice. Got it back on topic and managed to recommend a film I seem to have missed out on. Good work fella

Wow Boris, sounds like some weird Sci-Fi movie world you want to live in where everyone is exactly the same. Freaky

Quote from Boris Lozac : Like i said in my example, how can you justify something as Jessica Alba beeing ugly and put it to 'subjective'.

But there are many cultures on our planet that will find Jessica Alba ugly, so it is completely subjective.

Lets face it, most things are subjective when it comes to things that we find good, funny, tasty, attractive etc.

Quote from Boris Lozac :i'm saying that every day i'm finding it more and more unbeliavable to how much people are different, and i'm questioning as to why exactly is that a good thing?

I'm not sure why you find it so unbelievable that people are so different. Do you not get out much? Have you not seen much of the world?

Why is it a good thing? Can you imagine how boring the world would be if we all liked the same things, found the same things funny, liked the same music? It's great that everyone is so different Internet forums would be crap if we weren't

Quote from Boris Lozac :In what sense? Who ever found Paul funny should really recalibrate their sense of humor.

I liked Paul (nothing special, but well above average)
I loved Hot Fuzz and SOTD.

I found all three funny. I'm not sure how I'm supposed to recalibrate my humour to only find two of them funny

Quote from Boris Lozac :And that's not even subjective

You're either trolling with that comment, or a little bit stupid

Quote from DeadWolfBones :Sometimes I think back to how much you liked Avatar and cry a little.

Touché

Possibly the most overrated sack of shit ever to hit the movie screens. (That's entirely subjective of course )

Endurance racing/driver swaps and Fmod (sound) updates got dropped for live pop-up chat (like facebook). They even stated that driver swaps might not even make it into the next build. They don't even know their own timeline, which is just stupid, but I'll say around beginning of 2012 for driver swaps.

Ant, where are you? Now this is worth having a good rant about

Quote from anttt69 : but you have to admit they do like to stretch the truth from time to time.

Indeed, but in this case they were 100% truthful. They worded it very well. It is indeed the cheapest renewal price of the year.

You are correct that you actually saved more money in the "$99 and get $30 credit" promo, but that in no way makes them untruthful at all in what they are promoting this time.

That offer was a $99 renewal, this is $75. There's no clutching at any straws there fella. It's not open to interpretation at all.

They have a very good marketing department. I used to cringe at some of the shit they come out with, but i cant criticize them this time round.

Quote from count.bazley :Wasn't that $30 iRacing credits for each year you renewed, which means you still have to spend the full amount to get the 'discount'. This looks like a pure $25 discount to me.

Indeed. But lets face it, Ant doesn't let facts get in the way of him having a good rant about iRacing.

Well the ArmA 2 Free game did it's job.

Got thoroughly addicted to it over the last week, but the usual idiots that populate free games online (hackers and team killers) persuaded me to move on to the real thing.

Picked up Operation Arrowhead and the British Armed Forces addon in yesterdays steam sale. Awesome game. Best fun I've had online in years with a shooter.

Quote from BlueFlame :EFFECTIVE.

It's a fight, if you are efficient and effective in a fight, whilst the other guy scrambles to land punches then you are going to dominate the fight aren't you?

Yes. No one said otherwise

Quote from BlueFlame :There's nothing boring about Klitschko, don't blame him, blame boxing. He does what it takes to win, nothing more, nothing less. Haye whines and says aload of pre-fight bullshit whilst Klitschko remains calm and patient. Even before the fight, we all knew who was going to win, and it was the one who was more noble and driven by an inner pride rather than an outer one.

Klitschko said he was going to knock Haye out. Pre fight bullshit indeed. How was he going to achieve that? By jabbing him into unconsciousness?

Quote from BlueFlame : If you think Klitschko's style is boring, you don't register the skill that he has

Of course he has skill, no one's ever said any different. You don't get where he has in boxing without it. He was still boring though. Perfectly content to jab away for 12 rounds and take a points decision. He made almost no attempt to finish it inside 12 and live up to his pre match hype of knocking Haye out.

As you said, he did all he had to to win. Fair enough. I was just hoping for a show. Both fighters let us down on that front.

Quote from Gills4life :If Klitschko was dull then how would you describe Haye?

Haye was shit, I'm not disputing that.

Klitschko wasn't at all beastly though. after round 3ish he basically just controlled the centre of the ring and jab, jab, jab. That was it. Highly effective and he made Haye look stupid, no doubt about it. He deserved the win easily. No argument from me.

At no point did I think "wow, what a beast" though.

The fight was a massive bore. A total damp squib. A complete anti-climax.

Quote from DevilDare :Klitschko, an absolute beast.

You're seriously deluded.

There was nothing beastly about that performance. It was simply boring but effective.

No doubt he deserved to win it, but it was nothing spectacular in the slightest. He was deadly dull to watch.
